Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

Returns for refunds are accepted 14 days after notification of delivery - items must be unworn and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipments to LunePrint. Refunds will only be processed for the price of the product, shipping costs are not eligible for refunds. LunePrint has the right to deny any item for refunds. A refund will not be issued if the product was damaged or broken due to customer misuse.

Exchanges must be completed 14 days after the item was received. LunePrint only offers exchanges for items of the same value or the same product. Orders must be returned in their original packaging and unworn for an exchange to be valid.

If you receive a product and it does not fit, you can return the item for an extension or a refund within 14 days. Extension requests are available on the website homepage.

LOST & STOLEN MAIL

LunePrint is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Once a package leaves LunePrint, it is no longer our responsibility to reach out to USPS or other mail carriers. We highly suggest purchasing package insurance if you live in an area with high theft or are worried about customs clearance. If you suspect your package was stolen or lost, please file a claim with USPS. LunePrint will not refund orders on the basis that they were lost or stolen. 

Luneprint is not responsible for VAT or any other import tax once an order has reached the country of delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay taxes once orders reach customs.

RETURN TO SENDER

If an order is returned to the sender due to an invalid address, or unpaid import fees, LunePrint will immedialty refund and cancel the order. Buyers will have to repurchase with proper address information after their refund is filed.
