Shipping policy
LunePrint's processing times are subject to change but it is currently two weeks from the date placed to fulfillment. This processing time does not include the time it takes for the order to be carried through the mail and delivered to you.
If your order was marked as fraudulent, this may slow processing times down to confirm the order was placed by the buyer.
All orders will be sent with tracking information. Please check your email for a tracking number after your item has been fulfilled. If you only entered a phone number for contact, you WILL NOT be notified with a tracking number, Fulfillment does not equal shipment. A package can be fulfilled and sit at the LunePrint offices for a few business days before pick up.
LunePrint ships by USPS from PA. Please check the list below for average shipment times.
USPS Ground Advantage: 2 - 5 days
USPS First Class Package International: 6 - 20 days
These times are subject to change based on holidays, strikes, international affairs, and customs policies. LunePrint is not responsible for a package once it has left our offices. All concerns should be processed to USPS via package claim cases.
